Returns & Refunds Policy

Due to the the very personalized nature of these items, we will do what is necessary to make you happy with your purchase. You are entitled to cancel your order within 7 days or before the design process begins. If the design process has begun, you are entitled to cancel but the deposit is forfeited.

In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement.

You can inform us of your decision by e-mail thetailorbirdsnest@yahoo.com with "CANCEL ORDER" in the subject line.

If deposit qualifies for reimbursement, it will be sent no later than 30 days from the day the cancellation request was made.We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order. Any fees associated with a cancellation are the responsibility of the purchaser. Return shipping costs of items received by the seller is the responsibility of the purchaser.
